Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please fill out the custom order request and I will get back to you within 24-48 hrs. (not including weekends) Once I send you an email for a quote, you have 24 hrs to respond, before I give the spot to the next person in line.
Q: Do you ship?
A: Unfortunately under Texas Cottage food Laws I can not.
Q: How Much are cookies?
A: Please see the prices tab above. Every order is different depending on design.
Q: How much notice do I need to give?
A: As soon as you know your date! Some dates book up faster than others. I have been booking 1-2 months ahead lately. All dates are first come, first serve.
Q: When is payment due?
A: All orders must be paid in Full. If you have not paid in full, your order is not on my calendar. All orders will be sent an invoice via square.
Q: Do you offer Nut-Free or Gluten- Free cookies?
A: No, cookies are made in a home kitchen and may contain the following allergens eggs, nuts, soy, peanuts, milk, wheat, fish and shellfish.
Q: Where do I pick up my order? (Local Orders Only I do live in New Braunfels, Tx)
A: Address will provided upon payment of your order. Please note if you need to meet at forum at time of booking if you live in San Antonio. An additional fee of $25 will be added to your invoice to meet up. You can always pick up at my address for free.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: I do not issue refunds of any sort. should you need to cancel your order, I'm happy to reschedule your order should the need arise and I have a new date available. or issue you credit to your account that will be valid for one year from you initial payment date.
Final sale will be on all Holiday, Flash sale, pre sale, market sales and already made cookies.
Q: How long do your cookies stay fresh for?
A: All cookies will always come heat sealed for freshness. Unopened they will last up t o 3 weeks in original packaging.
Q: Can I freeze your cookies?
A: Yes! My cookies freeze well, in case the date you need is unavailable. I will give you instructions on how to freeze them if you need to. They freeze well up to 4 months when they remain heat sealed in the original packaging. P.s. They will also taste just as yummy!
